Convention Special

This is the cover of a special edition manga I drew. It features Techgal and Derek as they take over the Sac-Anime Convention artist alley to sell their first book (Techgal, of course). While there, they make new friends (cosplayers) and influence people (yaoi fangirls).

It was a short piece (only twelve pages long) comprised mostly of single and four panel strips, plus a few sketches and character profiles, but to be honest, I think I'm more proud of this than the Techgal story so far. The art is some of the strongest I've done of the characters, and people seem to lol when they read it (even when they don't know I'm watching).

Aside from my collection of sketches, this is the only thing that I have not posted online. You can only get it from me at a convention. Perhaps, if enough people request it, I'll post it at [link]

I am working on the next issue, though I doubt it will be ready for the next Sac-Anime Con (August).

Yeah, I know Derek looks terrible (and so does the vespa) but it's still pretty fun.
